Are you kidding?! If you paddle your own canoe – you set the tasks yourself. The path towards NETBULLS stardome is the following:

Step 1: experience, if you are a stager at PMing, that’s it.
Step 2: being able to be the stick and the carrot at the same time.
Step 3: diviner and matchmaker in one – you will need a glass ball; you have to be half a step ahead and „match” people („netbulls fortune teller”).
Step 4: brutal truth: you’ll have your hands full, you don’t need to know everything, but you can’t be afraid to think and ask.
Step 5: Present and or 365-degree view, because you have to be always everywhere.
Step 6: „A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” —John Maxwell – well… what can we say…
Long story short – you manage things and lead people, just like that.
