• Thinker (and doer in one) – you will spend most of your work time thinking and implementing your ideas. Deal with it.
• Inquisitiveness – before you “assume” try this crazy method called asking, and everybody knows that asking is better than assuming.
• Bridge – you are the bridge. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between us and clients. You must be “the braveheart”.
• Magician – better buy a crystal ball, because you have to recognise our client’s needs before they do.
